H.O.P.E. is a completely volunteer organization. We rescue dogs and cats and keep them in foster care until we can find them permanent homes. We also have a low cost spay/neuter program. Saratoga County Children’s Committee
The Children’s Committee is a non-profit organization that helps meet emergency and basic needs of underprivileged kids in Saratoga County. The largest undertaking is the Empty Stocking Project. This project provides holiday gifts and necessities to about 1,000 children each year. Volunteers can help by sponsoring a child and by granting their holiday wishes.
