Exploring the “act” in “Activism”, SHYFT is a teen Social Justice performance troupe that uses their developing multi-talents and collective voice as a vehicle for Social Change in our community, both local and global
We welcome teens to contribute in multiple ways: get involved as a performer; contribute writings and/or performance ideas; suggest social issue themes that need to be addressed by out youth; help with our social media and web development. Pre-Requisites: Passion for Making a Difference; Desire to Engage with People in a productive, positive way; Growing Awareness of “The Other” and our individual journeys; have a Willingness to say “YES” to new experiences and viewpoints.
