March 2006-Channel Z Productions: The Laramie Project

Awarded to: Kacie K. & Jeannette Z. A play about the consequences of homophobia and intolerance on the individual and society. Free tickets were provided for families and youth.

April – Community Care Pop-UP Event

Youth2– Youth Helping Youth  will host a COVID-safe CDTA Bus Pass Collection (you can purchase bus passes at any Price Chopper Customer Service) on Friday, April 23rd, 4-6 pm. at the 112 Spring Street Parking Lot (entrance on Court Street) Free Bus Passes will be given to Saratoga County Mental Health, Shelters of Saratoga, Franklin Community Center and Lifeworks Community Action Programs (EOC) to provide people to get to doctor’s appointments, job interviews, jobs, etc.  Spread the word!

Youth2 is  sponsoring a series of COVID-safe “pop up” events where you can drive up and donate needed items. Spread the word. Transportation assistance is crucial to many in our community!

CALL TO ACTION!  YOUTH2– YOUTH HELPING YOUTH is currently welcoming grant applications-to lessen the effect of the pandemic, support families in economic crisis, fight systemic racism, and promote environmental action.

Featured Organization:

Youth2– Youth Helping Youth has given a donation to Jakes Help from Heaven (www.jakeshelpfromheaven.org) in memory of Caeden Alexander Frost, a friend of Youth2 who died at the age of 18 from Mitochondrial Disease.
