BACC provides essential community services, support and projects that enhance the social, emotional and recreational development of youth/families in the Ballston Spa area. Volunteer at after school and teen night events, help out with Board of Directors or volunteer at the “Volunteer Income Tax Assistance” program and learn important skills.

There are many possible volunteer opportunities for youth ages 8-18- helping clean soccer and baseball fields and serving as assistants in the summer enrichment classes. The Children’s Committee is a non-profit organization that helps meet emergency and basic needs of underprivileged kids in Saratoga County. The largest undertaking is the Empty Stocking Project. This project provides holiday gifts and necessities to about 1,000 children each year. Volunteers can help by sponsoring a child and by granting their holiday wishes.
